Night two with the Dome S1
Night two cooking on the Gozney Dome and I’m loving this thing. Tonight I made 4 pizza’s The usual suspects. One for me, the wife and the kid. This was also the kid’s first Dome pizza and they approve. Of course the 4th pizza is the garlic bread pizza. Something I should really get better

Welcome to the side yard.
We welcomed our new Gozney S1 Dome this week and got straight to cooking that night. A simple 1 day dough got us through our first cook. Delicious. Lots to learn and figure out. But very pleased with joining in on cooking with a Dome. Stay tuned.
